The web chat has changed a bit as we are no longer using the ConferenceRoom software. The #Lobby room is currently using a web chat interface to our chat server. It doesn't require Java or Flash. I have tested it out with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome on Windows and they all work well. This web chat interface is hosted on our equestrianjournal.com website, so it will have the equestrianjournal.com domain in the URL.
The #Equestrian room has a web based Java interface that is similar to the ConferenceRoom java chat interface we were using previously. I have tested it out with Internet Explorer and Firefox on Windows and it works great.
I will be working on the color schemes of both over the next month.

Of course more changes! Can't keep my grubby hands off of this.
Due to the Equestrian Journal site now being offline, the #Lobby web chat interface stopped working. I have now moved the #Lobby chat room over to the Java chat interface that I was testing out on #Equestrian chat room. So they are both the same now. I have also added an input box so you can change your chat name from the default one that is created once you join the chat.
I'm still working on the color scheme. Its... Complicated!

And just as an update, the Java signed certificate expired awhile ago. Its ok to click through the warning messages. Its just about the Java applet not signed with a valid certificate.

Well I guess the java chat I was using is just so old it no longer works.
Working on yet another solution for the chat. Will update this thread when I have it working.

Got the chat working again. Its using a program called CGI:IRC. Its the basic color scheme that I have going right now. I had this same chat working a few months ago before I lost the equestrianjournal site. I should have continued to use it but you know how that goes. Maybe we'll see you in the chat now that you can get to it!

It appears the CGI:IRC web chat program was blocking everyone with a DNSBL error. I've removed this and it should now allow you into the chat.

That's interesting Geoff that the web chat program was blocking everyone. I wonder why it would do that? I hope you get it all worked out eventually. It sure seems complicated.

It was blocking everyone due to the Real Time Black List configuration appears to be broken for the web chat software. Once I figured that out, it started working immediately.
