I have been starting Mohawk over small log jumps on our en suite(lolz) course, and he drags his back legs across only log jumps, not SJ or brush or any thing, and it's puzzling. He is starting to get abrasions on his legs, but other than that he is totally healthy and as bratty as can be, lol. What can I do to stop it? He is a four year old Aglo Arabian, and the jumps are only about 1 foot high, but he still drags.

In the old days they used to have someone standing by the jump and when the horse went over they would smack his legs to make him lift them higher. I don't recommend it however.
