Starting a Fjord

   I am currently schooling a four years old Norwegian Fjord at my riding stable. He has the basics and is soft in the bridle and very responsive and willing. He also has correct and 'type-y" conformation. I am wondering what I can do to start him in his dressage training. I have started and worked with other, lighter, breeds in basic dressage training before and I have worked with Fjords before but not in dressage training. If anyone who has worked with this breed or a breed like it could give me some advice of what to do with this little guy that would be great.
